“We need to get back to winning ways.” Stevie Moan Apr 09, 2018

Ballinamallard Away

We started this game well, passing and working hard when in possession and off the ball and we played some nice football. We didn’t really threaten their goal as much as we would have liked in the first half, but it was a positive reaction from the defeat on Tuesday night. Second half we came out and we had had 3 good chances. We were very unlucky to hit the post just couldn’t get that goal we needed. We lost possession twice in the final 3rd and got punished. Overall, I thought we defended well and they didn’t threaten us much, but they got 2 goals from our mistakes and we got nothing from the game.

Glentoran Preview

We welcome Glentoran to the Q Radio Arena this Saturday. Two defeats in our last two outings is not good enough, so we need to get back to winning ways. We must work hard for each other and hopefully take something from the game which will result in us being mathematically safe and playing premiership football next year which is the goal.  We will get back into training Tuesday and Thursday and prepare well for Saturdays game. Hopefully we can get a good crowd to the Q Radio Arena and get the reaction we need.
